Power system
Chongqing Cummins NTA855-C360S10 engine with the exhaust turbocharger features the high power, efficiency and energy saving.
The Cummins or Weichai engines are optional depending on user requirements.
Drive system
A highly reliable power shifting gearbox, a stable hydraulic torque converter, and a two-stage straight tooth final drive can all efficiently transmit power, possessing high transmission power and efficient production efficiency.
Hydraulic torque converter can protect the transmission system from sudden torque impact and vibration.
The planetary power shift gearbox has forward and reverse gears, and adopts a large diameter, high capacity, oil cooled clutch with high transmission efficiency.
Ease Of Maintenance And Operation Comfort
The openable side guard offers a spacious area and the reasonable layout of filter elements and hydraulic components facilitate convenient maintenance. The hexahedral cab provides a more spacious interior and wider field of view.
Adaptability To Diverse Working Conditions
The machine is equipped with a straight tilt blade for enhanced cutting force, making it well-suited for diverse materials such as clay and frozen soil. With large ground clearance, the machine demonstrates excellent possibility.
Classification of bulldozers:
1. Classified by walking mode
Bulldozers can be divided into track type and tire type. Crawler bulldozers have high traction force, low ground pressure (0.04-0.13mpa), strong climbing ability, but low driving speed. Tire type bulldozers have the advantages of fast driving speed, strong flexibility, short operation cycle, convenient transportation and transfer, but low traction, making them suitable for construction sites and frequent changes in on-site work.
2. Classified by purpose
It can be divided into general and specialized types. The universal type is produced according to standards and is widely used in earthwork engineering. Specially designed for specific working conditions, there are wetland bulldozers and swamp bulldozers that use triangular wide track plates to reduce ground pressure, amphibious bulldozers, underwater bulldozers, cabin bulldozers, unmanned bulldozers, and bulldozers operating in high-altitude and high humidity conditions.
