1. The fuel used for bulldozers must be selected according to the relevant regulations in the "Oil Use Regulations" and in combination with the local working environment.
2. Oil storage containers should be kept clean.
3. New oil should undergo a considerable amount of sedimentation treatment (seven days and nights), then be slowly sucked out and poured into the diesel tank.
4. The diesel in the bulldozer diesel tank is filled immediately after the operation is completed to prevent gas condensation and mixing into the oil. At the same time, give the next day's oil a certain amount of time to allow water and impurities to settle in the box for removal.
5. When refueling, keep the operator's hands clean the oil drum, diesel tank, refueling port, tools, etc. When using a oil well pump, be careful not to extract sediment from the bottom of the bucket.
6. When refueling, it is strictly prohibited to have flames nearby.
7. The oil level should be checked regularly. If it is not enough to reach the lower limit of the dipstick, it must be refilled.
8. Clean the filter at the fuel inlet every 100 hours.
9. Each diesel filter should remove sediment in a timely manner according to the working environment, but the interval should not exceed 200 hours. After removing sediment, it should be deflated to avoid starting difficulties, insufficient power, and other problems.
